METAL LASER CUTTING
TRUMPF 3030, 4KW
The laser cutting process offers a precise and flawless solution to obtain various cuts in specific shapes or a very wide range of customised models from carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminium. The maximum size of the sheets that can be processed is 3000x1500mm, maximum thickness of the material: stainless steel: 15mm, carbon steel: 22mm, aluminum: 8mm.
CNC PRESS BRAKE BENDING
AMADA 50T
Bending of sheets and laser cut elements is done with our Amada 1250mm Press Brake, in 4 axes which allow very precise bending.
POWDER COATING
We use high-performance, efficient and fast powder coating station with conveyor belt that allows superior control in the application of coating, depending on the customers’ specification, obtaining a hard and resistant paint layer.
MIG/MAG, TIG/WIG WELDING
We perform welding operations to obtain clean, fine and resistant joints even in the case of thin materials, at the level of optimal quality.
FLAT STAINLESS STEEL POLISHING
We offer to our clients flat surface polishing services for stainless steel parts in order to obtain extremely smooth and very fine surfaces. This process is assured by our flat polishing machine with cotton wheel.
STAINLESS STEEL BRUSHING (SATIN)
Amada DB – flat surface brushing machine
Brushing of the stainless steel is a process designed for decorative stainless steel components through which we eliminate the small scratches from the parts and same time we offer a brushed / satin appearance to the surface of the material.
The maximum width of the sheet that can be processed is 650mm, minimum thickness: 1 mm, maximum: 20mm.
FLAT SURFACE DEBURRING
ERNST BM4 – 4 wheels deburring machine
It serves to round the sharp edges and eliminate any burrs that appear after the cutting of material.
TAPPING
We perform threading operations in both stainless steel and carbon steel and we design devices to facilitate this process.
COUNTERSINK
The hole countersink process is offered for both carbon steel and stainless steel.
SELF-TAPPING SCREWS AND NUTS PRESSING
We offer services for pressing self-tapping screws and nuts, we build devices and moulds to streamline the process and reduce production time.
PARALLEL PINS PRESSING
Parallel pins press is an assembly machine that facilitates the simultaneous, fast and precise fixing operation of one or more components by parallel pins, making perfect joints without the danger of deforming the part.
RIVETING
The riveting machine ensures high productivity and efficiency, being extremely necessary in the realisation of joints resistant to dynamic stresses.
MILLING
For the realisation of flat surfaces by reducing the surplus of material, the use of the milling machine is a necessity.
HIGH PRESSURE INDUSTRIAL WASHING
in case that your parts must be cleaned before being packaged, high pressure and temperature washing machine, assure the cleaning of medium-sized parts.

ULTRASONIC INDUSTRIAL WASHING
The washing machine with 3 basins, each equipped with ultrasound source, offers an increased efficiency in the professional washing process of small and irregularly shaped parts. Ultrasound waves penetrating deep on any surface.
ELECTROPOLISHING / ELECTROCHEMICAL POLISHING OF STAINLESS STEEL

A process known for its efficiency both against the corrosion of stainless steel and for the pleasant glossy appearance it gives to the material.
